運ばれるとまずは魚介の香りがふわっと香る。
つけ汁は魚介の出汁が効いた濃いうま味、柚子ピールで爽やか。結構ドロドロで良い具合に麺に絡んでマリアージュ。麺が旨く、風味と甘みが豊か。

見た目から想像できる味そのもの。
柚子がいいアクセントになるが口に残る大きさ。
メンマは固め。
