どろり濃厚魚介つけ麺
運ばれるとまずは魚介の香りがふわっと香る。
つけ汁は魚介の出汁が効いた濃いうま味、柚子ピールで爽やか。結構ドロドロで良い具合に麺に絡んでマリアージュ。麺が旨く、風味と甘みが豊か。
邪道と感じつつも漬けニンニクをポトリ。風味が増してうまい。
つけ汁が濃い時は別皿提供のスープ割りで調整出来ます。
