横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン 下永谷駅から徒歩約13分程度、上永谷駅から徒歩約16分程度、県道22号線沿い、環状2号線沿いに店を構えるラーメン店。
2011/11/3オープン。
「東池袋 大勝軒」出身の方が立ち上げたお店ですが、メニューに"角ふじ"があったりで「麺屋こうじ」グループと関係性がありそうです。
注文は"特製つけ麺"。
つけ汁は粘度のあるどろどろの魚介豚骨。
パンチのある濃いめのつけ汁は動物系の主張がやや強めです。麺をつけすぎるともったりとするので、つけすぎ注意。つけ汁の上にはアクセントに胡椒がぱらっと。
麺はつるっと喉越しの良い太麺。
もちろん濃厚なつけ汁との相性も良く美味しいです。
トッピングは麺丼の上に海苔、めんま、味玉、カイワレ、低温調理チャーシュー、煮豚バラ、バラ焼豚、角煮。
別皿でゆず皮とネギの薬味。
今では標準的な濃厚つけ麺ですが、久々に食べると美味しいですね。東京で多いタイプのつけ麺なので、横浜エリアでは重宝しそうです。
