It has been over 13 years since the main store was established. Fresh meatballs have been a specialty since Utsuri opened. We have made many improvements and now it is the most delicious. The fat coating locks in the flavor and juiciness, and the moment you eat it, the deliciousness explodes in your mouth. A unique product that you can't find anywhere else. Please be sure to try it when you visit us.
Service[Changes with the season] Vegetable pork belly skewers.
Seasonal vegetables wrapped in pork belly and grilled on Grilled skewer. You can choose the day's specials at your seat. In the spring, there are bamboo shoots, in the summer, okra, and in the fall, there are unusual dishes using saury, and unusual jumbo mushroom Grilled skewer. Depending on the season, we carefully grill the most delicious vegetables over charcoal to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.

Fresh chicken is skewered one by one every day.・"Hina Toro", which is a part close to the breast wrapped in skin ・"Chochin", a rare part ・"Chicken skirt steak", which only takes 4g from one chicken ・"White liver", which melts in your mouth We have rare parts that you would not normally find, such as the "shiro".
