Our signature dish is the "Authentic Charcoal Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)," made with fresh chicken delivered every morning and skewered in-house. Grilled over high-quality Kishu Binchotan charcoal, the restaurant enhances its flavor with a homemade sauce that has been added to since the restaurant opened. In addition, the special horse meat sashimi delivered directly from a farm in Kumamoto is extremely fresh and has an irresistible sweetness and umami flavor. We also recommend the "Chicken Boiled Gyoza / Dumpling," which is served in a rich chicken soup that has been simmered for six hours, and the crispy fried "Addictive chicken dish." We have a full selection of 80 popular brands of shochu, mainly from Kyushu.
