古民家で美味しい蕎麦と料理
超久しぶりに九つ井でツマとお蕎麦を食べました。古民家の建物とエントランスまでの風情ある佇まいが良いですね。
まずは熱々の出汁巻玉子から頂きます。出汁が効いていてホワホワの食感が最高。大根おろしがとてもあいます。
そしてメインのお蕎麦。自分はかき揚げ蕎麦、ツマは牡蠣蕎麦を頂きました。かき揚げは熱々でサクサクでカリッと揚り、蕎麦汁に浸して頂いても楽しめます。
蕎麦は細目でもキリッとした美味さ。そして秀逸なのが、蕎麦つゆ。鰹節の香り、酸味と醤油、味醂のバランスが最高で全部飲み干してしまいました。
お値段はちょっとお高めですが、満足感を得ることが出来ました。

この日は36回目の結婚記念日。例年、湘南のフレンチか和食のお店を予約していくんだけど、今年は、こちらに行こうということで、特に予約することもなく、開店の11時半に到着。
平日の雨の日にもかかわらず、すでに駐車場は一杯、店内も一杯！ 妻が店員さんに開店時間を確認すると、11時半だけど、11時ごろからお客さんが並び始めるので、早い時は11時15分頃に入店いただくとのこと。そういうことね。
今日は少し豪華に行こうということで、まずはお気に入りのだし巻き卵、そして天麩羅盛り合わせ、アスパラ豆腐、湯葉揚げを頼みました。これだけのお客さんが入っているのに、料理はとっても早く出てきますね。
だし巻き卵が秀悦！ こちらに来たらば、これは絶対に頼まないと。天麩羅もサクサク、熱々で満足いくね。
〆には、自分は鴨南蛮蕎麦、妻はチラシ蕎麦。 蕎麦が無茶無茶美味い！ 細目で温かい蕎麦にもかかわらず、伸びずにしっかりとコシがあって、スルッと喉を通っていくね。流石です！
妻のチラシ蕎麦も具材が豊富で、これもお得なお蕎麦だね。周りのお客さんも結構な割合で食べていたな。
古民家風の建物で、料理も美味しく、満足のいくお店です。
