離れで食べる極上料理
離れでの料理を堪能してきました。
いろり焼き ミックスコースのオーダーです。
離れはちょとした山を登った様な所にあり、利用人数によって建屋の大きさが異なります。
部屋の中に入ると広々とした空間が広がり中央に囲炉裏が鎮座している状態です。
会食中は立て続けに料理が運ばれてくる為、常にお店の方が出入りしている状態となります。
料理は前菜から始まり、海鮮、野菜、鳥、牛肉などの焼き物、焼き物が一通り終わった頃にそば、そして最後にデザートといったコース料理です。
写真では伝わり難いと思いますが、蟹は超ド級のサイズと美味さで、焼かなくとも生でいける代物でした。
小売店などには絶対並ばない様なもので、これを提供出来るお店はそうは無いと思います。
もちろん他の料理も全てがS級で牛肉もA5ランクなの
は当然です。
全ての焼き物は最初網に上げる所まではお店の方がやってくれるのですが、その後は自分で焼いていくスタイルです。小さいお子さんがいても、料理の味はもちろんですが、普段目にする事の少ない囲炉裏や雰囲気を楽しむ事が出来ると思います。
普段離れは滅多に利用する事がないので、今回は久しぶりにゆっくりと堪能させて頂きました。
はたして次があるのやら。

しばらくぶりに訪問。いつも通りそばと穴子の天ぷらをオーダーしたのですが、この日はどうも穴子の様子がおかしい。一口目は端の方を食べたのでちょっといつもよりふんわり感がないか？と思ったのですが、どこを食べても結局同じ。散々迷った挙句、お店の方に「穴子、今日はあんまりよくないですか？」と聞いてみたところ、穴子を観察した後、揚げすぎか。との事。最終的には新しい物を揚げなおして貰えました。
やっぱり揚げ方で全然違うんだなーと妙に感心させられた日でした。
