土曜日の夕食で、利用しました。
美味しいです！！目で美味しく、耳で美味しかったです。
食材そのもので、うなりました、見たことない、ということで、食べたことがない、目の前の食材そのものにまずは圧倒されました。
そんな食材を目の前の自分たちだけのいろりでで、オガ炭の遠火の強火で焼いて、それを食べる、最上級の食材を、最上級の焼き方で調理する、だから美味しいに決まってます。
離れまで、敷地内の竹林、石階段を仲居様に案内されて、離れの一棟に到着、夜の足元を照らす照明傘もおそらく自前の窯焼きだと思います。途中で水車を眺め、離れに着いた時には、旅館に来た感覚。
純和風の棟に入り、靴を脱いで、楽足の堀りごたつ式の畳部屋が、食事処です。上衣を汚さないように、エプロンを付けていただきました。
それぞれの食材について、出過ぎず出なさ過ぎず、仲居様からの説明も、心地よいです。
ここは横浜市、九つ井 本店の離れ、外の音は聞こえません、最初にいろりの網の上にのせられた、6Lサイズのタラバガニの脚に、ゆっくりと火が通っていく音を聴きながら、会話とドリンクと、口にするまでの時間を楽しめました。
仲居様から食べ頃の合図をいただき、器にカニ脚の身部分を取り出していきます、これだけ大きいのでだいぶ時間を要しました、5分以上？、会話していたつもりですが、あまり会話できていなかったかもしれません、カニ料理なのでそこは仕方がないと思います（汗）
椎茸も見たことがない大きさ厚さ、ゴボウもこれがゴボウ？色も違いますしとても太くて驚きました、柔らかい食感で、味はザ・ゴボウ、美味しかったです。
丁寧に繊細にこしらえた日本料理の一品一品、赤鶏、近江牛、手打ち蕎麦、デザート、番茶、緑茶、幸せな食事です。
離れの静寂な空間、器の一つひとつが自前の釜焼き物、大変美味しくいただきました！！
日本料理の凄さ、素晴らしいです。お腹もいっぱい、心も満たされました。美味しいです、良すぎるお店です。
格別なひとときを過ごせました。ありがとうございました。ごちそうさまでした♫
※外庭に、屋外喫煙場所があります。離れでは、客室係の方にお願いすると、離れ棟の外入口に灰皿を置いていただけるので、そこで喫煙できます。
