Since its founding in 1957, Hamburg France-ya's signature menu has continued to be loved. We are particular about the freshness of the beef, and it is freshly grilled, plump and juicy. It is coarsely ground to give it a meaty texture, and has a firm texture that makes it a satisfying meal. Enjoy with plenty of Mikasa Kaikan's signature demi-glace sauce.

ChefIntroduction of the head chef [Takumi Kuroda]
Born in Gunma Prefecture. Joined Mikasa Kaikan in 2011. After training new employees at Osteria Ouvara Yokohama, he studied under Chef Kobayashi at AGIONatura Ofuna, learning the basics of cooking, and honing his skills in Western Western Cuisine at Ginza France-ya Konandai. After working at Mikasa Kaikan Kugenuma branch, he became head chef at Ginza France-ya Konandai branch. With the motto "Life. There is no such thing as a wasted experience," he uses his experience in all genres, including cooking and art, to constantly take on the challenge of developing new menus.
