店に入ってすぐ右側にある座敷席へ
数量限定と書かれてた『生しらす丼』と壁に貼られてた『万願寺とうがらしの天婦羅』を選択
奥さんは『サバ西京焼き定食(刺身付き)』
13:45の入店でカウンター席は0でテーブル席は2組
8分ほどで運ばれてきました
醤油をかける前に生しらすを一口
キラキラした綺麗なしらすは生臭さは全く無く、ほんのりと甘みを感じて美味しいです
生姜醤油で一気に食べました
香の物と味噌汁付き
カラッと揚げられた万願寺とうがらしはピーマンより厚みがありますが歯切れが良く、添えられた塩と抹茶塩が良く合います
サバの西京焼きも美味しかったとの事
