休日の昼に家の者と伺いました。場所は、大船駅北改札を笠間口に下り、正面のバス道路をひたすら左方向に進み、笠間五叉路の手前を左に折れた右手。ご近所さんでもない限り基本的には車アクセスですから、環状4号を原宿方面に進み笠間五叉路を越えた左手。
先日、横浜西口に開店した同店に伺い、印象が良くなったので、家の者を誘っての訪問です。大きな駐車場があるので安心。入店しテーブル席に案内されますが、それなりにお客は入っていますね。皆さんも、かっぱ寿司復活を感じているのかもしれません。
今日は軽めの昼食を考えていたので、注文はサイドメニュー中心に。それぞれシェアをしながらいただきました。
寿司屋の秋天ぷら盛合わせ330円。タネの素材は、大えび、牡蠣、いか、さつまいも。衣は多めに、と言うよりはラフにザクっと付けられています。カラっと揚がっていますが、タネとのつなぎが多すぎるのか、そこだけモサっとして食感はよろしくありません。中では、いかが隠し包丁が入って柔らかくいただけました。えびは、大えびと言われると？ですね。
茶碗蒸し198円。熱々です。蒲鉾、鶏肉、えび入りです。仕上がりは良いのですが、出汁が弱いですね。鶏肉のブヨブヨ食感はいただけない。
フライドポテト242円。これは熱々で塩みは穏やかに。美味しかった。値段相応かと。
すごい煮干しラーメン462円。ラーメン凪監修とのこと。このお店は知りませんでした。新宿を中心に都内5店舗。他に豚王と言うブランドがあります。いただくと、少し油の多さは気になるものの、煮干し感が前面に出ることなく上品に仕上がっています。麺は、中縮れ麺。悪い意味ではなく、良く出来たカップラーメンの印象。ボリュームは少ないが、寿司店としてはちょうど良い。
他に寿司は、まぐろぶつ軍艦110円×2、とろぶつ軍艦220円×2、まぐろたたき巻110円。素材はまずまずで、特に海苔が美味しかった。
回転レーンには注文品以外は回っていません。横浜西口店もそうでしたが、注文に対して都度提供すれば良いのでしょう。
ところで、その注文品がテーブルに近づいた時に流れるメロディ。Osaka Metroの列車接近メロディと酷似しているんです。横浜西口店を利用した時に気付いて、同店だけなのかと思っていたのですが。今日も流れていました。メロディの上昇・下降が微妙に違うのですが、たいへん良く似ています。あちらこちらのテーブルから聞こえますので、気になって食事どころでは…。
ちなみに、かっぱ寿司は大阪府に17店舗、大阪市内は6店舗。当然話題になっているのでしょう。
