久しぶりに、かっぱ寿司。
笠間の交差点にあります。
記憶の中のかっぱ寿司は結構美味しかった筈ですが、
なんだかシャリもネタも小さくなったかな？？
まぁ、小さい分、たくさんの種類を食べられる利点も。
サーモン、はまち。
なかなか脂がのっていて美味しい。
楽しみにしていたサラダ軍艦、
想像していた味と違ったけれど、
ねっとりマヨネーズがご飯と合って不思議な美味しさ。
私は1貫食べればもういいかなぁ。
この日のおすすめのしらす軍艦、
若干パサつきあり？
しらすがサッパリ淡白で塩分控えめ。
玉子焼き、
甘めでふわっとしており、醤油なしでも美味しい。
途中で気がついたけど、
テーブルにセットされた3種類の醤油、
どれを使うかで寿司の味が結構変わります。
減塩醤油は素材の味を楽しむ感じ。
だし醤油は甘さが足される。
特撰醤油は塩分強めでキリッとした味に。
肉寿司や、ケーキやラーメン、うどんなど、
種類豊富なメニューには飽きがこなくて良いです。
ポテトフライや唐揚げなど、
小さな子供が好きなメニューもあり。
寿司のボリュームがどれもコンパクトなので、
数を食べたい人向けだなぁ。
または小さい子供がいるファミリー層にいいかも。
値段も安いしね。
また機会があれば、行こうかな。
