ここらへんで魚を食べたいならここだよと教えてもらい行ってきました。
平日６時ごろ行きましたが、お好きな席どうぞということで、カウンターへ。
ビールを頼み、おすすめの刺身盛り合わせ、珍味３種盛り、太刀魚塩焼きをお願いしました。
すぐにお通しとして、キノコ汁がきました。
大ぶりの色々なキノコが入っていて美味しいです。
２杯目は悩みました。
いや、焼酎、日本酒の種類がすごく豊富！
しかもなかなか手に入らないものがいっぱいでたまりません。
結局芋焼酎にしました。香ばしい香りがいいです。
そして刺し盛。中トロ、石鯛、マハタ、カワハギ、スルメ、生シラス、ウニの盛り合わせ。
白身はブリブリで新鮮。カワハギは肝付きで美味いです。
なによりワサビがちゃんとしていて好印象です。
珍味のあわびの肝は濃厚、からすみも生臭くなく上出来、アンキモは普通ですかね。
太刀魚の塩焼きはふっくらしていて酒が進みます。
野菜のてんぷらもちゃんとした野菜を使っていて良いと思います。
この場所でお酒の充実度、魚、野菜へのこだわりの度合いは秀逸です。
日本酒も大好きな十四代もあるし、通いたくなるお店です。
