金沢八景駅から徒歩5分程。金沢八景に住んでる友人からのオススメで伺ってみました。
18:15頃に着いた際には他にお客さんいなかったけど、その後座敷にもカウンターにもお客さんが入り満席でした。お魚が美味しいとのことなので、まずはビールとお刺身の盛り合わせを注文。
今日のお刺身は生しらす、タコ、ヒラメ、カワハギ（肝付）、さより、ウニ、カンダイ？、あと1種類忘れた、、の8種類でした。
どのお刺身もぷりぷりして新鮮でした。
カワハギは肝付で肝が甘くて特に美味しかったです！
ビールから日本酒に切り替えようとして種類の多さにびっくり。十四代だけでも6種類くらいあります。
どう違うかを聞いたら丁寧に教えてくれました、知識もあるなぁ∑(ﾟДﾟ)
日本酒に合わせてねぎとんと蛍烏賊のてんぷらも追加。
ねぎとんは豚バラ肉？を巻いて衣つけて揚げて煮て、ねぎともみじおろしがかかってるみたいな。
揚げ出し豚バラ肉巻きのねぎかけみたいな？
表現が難しいですが、暖かくて優しい味でした。
ホタルイカはもう素材の味ですね。酢味噌が一番好きですが、てんぷらで塩も美味しい。
今回は遅いランチをしてから来てしまったので、あまり食べれなかったのが悔やまれる(；∀；)普通の居酒屋行くより少し割高ですが、その分の味は保証出来ると思います。
また行きたいと思いました( ^ω^ )
