前々から気になっていた店名。
たまには金沢文庫で吞んでいく？
通称、「たま金」。
このネーミングから店主の並々ならぬチャレンジ精神を
感じずにはいられない。
店内はB１Fにあり、スケルトン風の地下アジトぽい
創りで若いスタッフにより営業されており、
準じて客層もボルテ－ジが高く元気なトポス。
噂で刺身が美味いと聞き、フラッグシップにあたる
五点盛りを注文する。
ハマチ系の多岐バリエ－ジョン、
炙りが甘さを十分に引出しており美味い。
店名に通ずる煮たま金はタマゴに味が
深く浸透していて食べ応えがある。
鶏唐揚げも黒ゴマ塗しが和的な味で
なかなか小技か効いており
お主ヤルな、って感じだ。
そこで壁紙にあった皮（やき鳥）を塩で注文し、
店名に恥じぬ兄貴っぷりを確かめることに。
ただ残念だったのがシンプルな味で良いのだが
焼きがムケているとは言えず、
及第点であり「仮性」の領域に留まる結果となった。
ただ店員はレスポンスよく明るく親切で
また利用したいと思える店。
お酒もハイボ－ルは頑張っているようで好感が持てる。
ぜひ次回は女性スタッフに「煮たま金」を注文したい。
そしてモザイクなしのモロ出しで呑みたいものだ。
すぐ近くには便所もあり、3ℓジャックを始発まで飲み
卑屈な磁場を楽しむことも可能だ。
リ－ゼント野郎もこの店を見習って改心し、
人間の勉強として「たま金」で吞むといいだろう。
