We use local chicken from Iwate Prefecture for our Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). We serve fresh, tender chicken that is slowly cooked over charcoal. Enjoy the perfect heat and juicy taste. The most popular one is definitely the liver. It has a reputation for being very fresh and easy to eat, even for people who don't like liver. There are also a wide variety of natto dishes, such as ``Goshiki Natto'', which is irresistible for natto lovers. We also recommend the slightly rare ``Tuna Namero''! Enjoy it with a drink in hand.
