2023年12月訪問。
この日は田谷の温泉帰りに大船でご飯。
ちょうどおでんの気分で以前から気になっていたこちらのお店に。
店内は終わりの雰囲気になっていて、おでんだけでよければということで入らせていただきました！
お店はカウンターのみでこじんまりしています。
カウンターには着物姿のベテランの女将、奥にお二人ほどでお料理を作られている様子。
おでん種は長崎から取り寄せているとのことで、こだわりの具材が並んでいます。
豆腐 220円
こんにゃ 190円

ばくだん 550円
牛すじ 500円
具材は大きめなものは半分に切っていただき、2人でシェアすることができました。
珍しい種としては、ばくだんでしょうか。
ゆでたまごを魚のすり身で包んで揚げたもので、卵の周りはピンク色をしています。
味も楽しく美味しい。
あと牛すじがものすごく美味しくて、かなりおすすめ。
真似したいネタとしてはえのき。味がじんわりしみていて良かったです！
女将との会話もほっこり楽しくて、いいお店ですね。
また伺いたいと思います。
