ここ『ひと椿』は長崎出身の女将が切り盛りするお店です。
のれんを潜ると。店内は品の良い居酒屋で、地元の人なども多いです。

大根がよく味が染みてて美味しい！
ばくだんは、練り物の中に、玉子が一個丸ごと入っています。
ロールキャベツがしっかりジューシーで美味しいです。
女将とのお喋りも癒される、アットホームで雰囲気の良いお店です。
