Ofuna is a town where fresh ingredients are available at low prices, such as "Ofuna Market" for fruit and vegetables and "Suzuki Suisan" for fresh fish, and the shopping streets have long been busy, but more and more Western Cuisine stores are being opened by young people. This is Japanese-style meal Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) "Saji", opened in 2019 by Chef Yoshihara of the popular curry restaurant "Cuyere", which opened in Ofuna in 2014.
