席のみをネットで予約して行きました。アラカルトでお刺身盛り合わせ、スダレ貝の酒蒸し、生ビール、日本酒等をいただいて、しめて￥4,000とちょっと/人。
お通しはおから? ちょっといまいち。お刺身はわりと美味しかったですが、ややみずみずしさが足りないような気がしました。スダレ貝の酒蒸しは酒蒸しって感じで、何かしら出汁や素材の風味が感じられるともっと美味しく感じるかも。メニューの品とお味にもう少し工夫があると嬉しいかしら。
お店は最寄り駅から5分程の建物1階にありました。カウンター8席程とテーブルが1つ位あったかと思いますが、縦長の店内です。清潔感のあるモダンな日本料理屋みたいな落ち着いた雰囲気でありましたが、静か過ぎてなにかが足りないような、そんな気もしましたがなぜだろう。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは2019年（平成31年）5月オープンみたい。ちなみに今回初めて食したスダレ貝ですが、本あさりに比べると濃い出汁は出ないが酒蒸しなどにすればやさしい感じで貝の旨味が出るのと、あさりに比べるとほぼ半額位だとのこと（ネット情報なのでよくわかりませんが）、なるほどです。当時食べログ 3.50。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
