We use high quality domestic live eel. Each skewer is hand-grilled by skilled craftsmen, and the plump, steamed eel is dipped in a secret sauce for a glossy appearance. The sauce is mainly soy sauce with a well-balanced sweetness to create a deep flavor that brings out the flavor of the eel. Koshihikari from Niigata Prefecture goes well with the aromatic grilled eel. The rice, which is grown in areas with heavy snowfall using snowmelt water rich in nutrients, has a strong sweetness and goes perfectly with the eel and sauce.

When the eel arrives, please enjoy the taste as it is. It is also recommended that you eat it with sansho pepper or sauce afterwards. We use Japanese pepper from Wakayama, which has an outstanding aroma, and the sauce is designed to bring out the flavor of the eel, so we create a balanced flavor without being too overpowering. Pause your meal with ``liver soup'' containing plenty of eel extract, and if ``liver yaki'' arrives that day, be sure to give it a try. This is a popular menu item that sells out immediately on days when it is available in limited quantities.

Our store, which is a historic Japanese house that has been converted into restaurant, has a first and second floor, and private rooms are also available on each floor. There are table seats where you can enjoy your meal without having to take off your shoes, as well as tatami mat seating, making it a comfortable space for people of all ages and genders. We also have a children's menu, so please feel free to let us know when making your reservation. We have 4 private rooms that can accommodate 2 to 8 people, and can be used for a variety of occasions such as entertaining, dinner parties, and memorial services.
