このエリアの高級店も知りたい！ってことでやって来ました。
1ヶ月ほど前から食べログにてネット予約をしわくわく。
電話にてお店契約の月極駐車場を確保してもらい家族4人で緊張しながら入店。
◎ランチコース ル・メユール 5500円（＋税）（＋サービス料）
過去最高金額のランチではあるが、それと同時に日本で初のサービス料への挑戦である。
・馬肉のタルタル モルトパン
石の上に乗っかっている。一口サイズで手でいただく。日本酒のサービス付で馬肉に合う日本酒を用意してくれた。馬肉を食べた記憶がないが、ほんっとうに美味しかった。
・地蛤 大山鶏 コンソメロワイヤル
コンソメってこんなに美味しいのかって思わせてくれる。蛤と鶏がいい出汁をだしているのか。
・フォアグラ ヘーゼルナッツ
一見デザートのような見た目で木を基調とした食器に乗っかっている。僕にはまだはやい味だった。
・お魚マリネ グリーンペッパー 春サラダ
鎌倉野菜をベースにしたマリネである。濃い目の味で美味しい。
・桜海老 そら豆 リゾット
名前だけみててっきり混ざったのがでてくるかと思ったら、リゾットの上にたくさんの桜海老がいた。期待を上回る感動を与えてくれる。
・お魚ポワレ プルロット茸ブイヨンスープ
こう言っちゃ失礼だが母のお魚ホイル焼きに似ている味わい。全てをこだわり抜いてだす味がこれなのだろう。雑味がない。母も侮れない。
・お肉料理 鴨
とても大きいサイズ。高級店はお肉はもちろんのことソースが美味い。
・ヨーグルトソルベ 苺 ラズベリー
温かい苺ラズベリーソースを目の前でかけてくれる。アイスも2個ってところが良い。ほんとうに美味しい。
・春 ミニャルディーズ
まさかのデザート第二弾がある。小さなお菓子が5種類。全部がぜんぶしんじゃうくらい美味しい。震え上がる。
味だけでなく見た目もほんとうに美しく、お店の人たちも非常に感じが良い。パンのおかわりも自由で、なくなると直ぐに置いてくれる。バターもそのまま食べたいくらい美味しい。これはサービス料にも納得。普段使いなんて到底できないが、お金を貯めてぜひまた違う季節に訪れたい。
