鶴ケ丘八幡宮から歩いて直ぐ、雪の下にある一軒家フレンチレストランでお洒落に頂いて参りました。
ワインは写真が無いんですが、ちょっと古い（正確なVTは失念）アルザスのリースリングがお安く提供されていたのでそれをチョイス、昼からお酒の方も美味しい思いを致しました♪
本日のメニューは以下の通り♪
1）桜肉タルタル モルトパン
2）フレッシュグリーンアスパラガス冷製スープ フルーツトマト ソルベジュレ
3）真鯛マリネ ドライトマト 生ハム バルサミコソース
4）ホワイトアスパラガス ホタルイカ 昆布 生ハム トリュフ
5）お魚ポワレ 春野菜 筍ソース
6）岩手産ホロホロ鳥 低温調理 スコッチウイスキー
7）ヨーグルトソルベ 苺 ラズベリー
8）春 ミニャルディーズ

フレンチのアミューズって小さくって食べたか食べなかった分からない位もものが多いと思っている親父でありますが（＝個人の感想 ^^）、ちょっとハッとする美味しさで、小さいながらも食べ応えがあった事でした♪
グリーンアスパラの冷製スープもソルベが乗っていたりして凝っているんですが、基本、味付けがしっかりしておりますので、スープだけで十二分に美味しゅうございました♪
真鯛のマリネ...って要するにカルパッチョなんですが、色々な銘柄野菜がモリモリでありまして、サラダかと見まごうお皿でありまして、一同大満足♪
ホワイトアスパラガスはヨーロッパを気取ってシンプルに目玉焼きを乗っけてマヨネーズで食わせるなんて事は致しません。
これまたお野菜モリモリで出て参りました♪
お魚は「ほうぼう」。これまたしっかり塩がされた火入れの完璧なポワレでありました。
とか言っておりますと、次のホロホロ鳥はちょいと食い足りない思いがしたり致しますので、人の味覚と言うものは面白いものでございます。
メニューを見た瞬間から「ミニャルディーズって何だ？」と話題の最後の一品は、所謂「小菓子」でありました。
これまた色々出て来ちゃいまして、なんとも贅沢なお昼の時間を過ごした事でありました♪
帰路、義理の母の実家のあった辺りを漫ろ歩いて鎌倉駅に出、大船軒の鯵の押し寿司を買って帰宅致しました。
