GW前日に母と一緒に鎌倉へ。
鎌倉駅に到着するなりBMしたコチラのお店に直行です♪
開店して間もないはずですが、50分ほど待っての入店。
時期によって生しらすが無いこともあるそうですが、この日は入荷してると記載されててホッとしました＾＾
2人ともしらす丼と鎌倉野菜の天ぷらがセットになった“鎌倉づくし”をチョイス。
⚫️鎌倉づくし（¥2160）
・先付
チーズ豆腐
・ミニしらす丼
まずは、その日の朝に採れたてだという生しらすをそのままで。
ツルッと喉越しも良く、旨みも濃いのでほとんどお醤油は使わずに＾＾
ふっくらした身の釜揚げしらすは後半に温泉玉子をかけて一緒にいただくと、まろやかな味わいが楽しめます＾＾
・鎌倉野菜の天ぷら
ピンクや黄色、みどりや紫など色鮮やかな野菜がてんこ盛り。
えのき以外は鎌倉野菜だそうです。
野菜の一つ一つがまた大きくて嬉しい♪
ちなみにこの日はオレンジズッキーニ、ビーツ、紫色の大根、タラの芽、わらび等々。
衣も厚すぎずカラッと揚げられており、これは是非お塩でもいただいてみたいですね〜＾＾

柚子シャーベットでさっぱりと。
ミニしらす丼と天婦羅をそれぞれ半分ずつ食べたあたりからお腹いっぱいでしたが、なんとか完食しました（笑）
美味しかったなぁ＾＾
また並んででも食べたい・・・♪
