鎌倉駅から徒歩2分、
日本料理の百名店
「秋本」を訪問。
行列必至と聞いていたので
日曜の開店35分前に到着のところ
記帳台帳があり、2組目。
すんなり入店できました。
釜揚げしらす丼 1,650円を注文。
温泉卵、赤出汁、香の物がセットです。
名物の生しらす丼 を目当てに来ましたが、
この日はありませんでした。
10分くらいで着丼。
しらすの塩気と生姜だけで美味しくて
ご飯が進みます。
半分くらい食べたところで温泉卵を投入。
サッパリ感が濃厚なコクに一気に味変。
しらすと卵の相性良く旨いです。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
