小町通り駅側から入ってすぐのビル３階にあるこちらのお店
開店11時となっていますが、張り紙あり11時15分開店とのこと
開店時間1時間前に店先に名前を書くボードがあるので書いてから時間を潰し
開店時間ちょい前に到着
店の人が出てきてしらすが届き次第開店しますとのことで10分ほど遅れて開店
店内に入り、揚げ物系は時間がかかるとのことでしたが
今回は生しらす丼でしたので、10分ほどで料理が提供
やや大振りの丼に、円錐状のごはん、その上に釜揚げに、生しらすといったところです
温玉に吸い物、漬物付き
まずは、そのまましょうゆだけかけて食います
しらすは小さめのきめの細かい感じかな
ねちょっとした感じもなくおいしい
続いて、温玉と混ぜて食います
まろやかな感じになりますが、温玉ないほうがしらすの味がそのままでていいかな
帰って出ると、外はだいぶ行列です
料理の提供スピードは遅いので時間には余裕が必要ですね
