First visit with my wife for lunch. I received Lunch Course B for 8,800 yen.The amuse was described as something like Western-style chawanmushi, and it was exactly like that. It has conger eel inside and is exquisitely delicious. Lobster, celery root, this specialty. Lobster lobster wrapped in consommé jelly and celery mousse. The consommé jelly has a strong taste, and the celery mousse spreads finely on your tongue. It's well combined. The lobster is delicious because it has a firm texture. Ezo Abalone Cep Soft abalone seasoned with liver sauce. Complemented with cep mushrooms. It's delicious without a doubt. The combination of abalone and liver sauce is definitely good, but here I adjusted the softness of the abalone to my liking. Spanish mackerel, spinach, snow crab Very beautiful grilled Spanish mackerel. I was a little surprised by the beautiful finish. You can really feel the elegant sweetness that is unique to Spanish mackerel. The combination of spinach, snow crab, and sauce also complemented the Spanish mackerel. This is also very satisfying. Roasted Sendai beef ichibo with red wine sauce The tender part of Sendai beef, ichibo. As someone who likes red meat, I was looking forward to this dish, but it was quite tough. This must be some kind of mistake. . You can't cut it with a knife, and it's a pain to chew. Same goes for my wife. After I ate half of it, I decided to let them know and call it a day. Banpeiyu Fromage Blanc Banpeiyu is pronounced as Banpeiyu. It was my first time tasting it. It is said to be the world's largest citrus fruit. The beautifully decorated desserts were perfect for refreshing the palate after a meal. Drink: Chamomile tea I had a choice of last drink, but I chose chamomile tea. It ended on a nice note. Scoring is difficult. . . It was clear that the overall level of completion was high and it was well thought out. I decided that it wasn't because it didn't suit my personal tastes, but because it was an accident of some kind, so I just subtracted 0.1 from the score and decided to exclude it from the evaluation. I would like to visit again. Maybe it will be okay next time!
