What we value at our restaurant is to cherish the four seasons and deliver seafood that tastes "fresh." We purchase fresh fish caught locally in the morning. The ``Local Assortment Nigiri'' is a must-try dish that includes nigiri Sushi made with seasonal ingredients and turban shell grilled turban shells.
