鎌倉旅行の夜
店内は激狭だけど
大将いい人で、海鮮美味しいし
めちゃくちゃ当たりのお店だった☺️
とりあえず、おすすめの刺し盛りを
今日釣ったイカと太刀魚が
もうすぐ来るから食べた方がいいよ！
って言われて刺し盛りをつまみながら待つ
めちゃくちゃメタリックでギラギラな太刀魚と
まだ生きてるおっきいイカが到着
イカは3種類あって
全部すぐにお刺身にしてくれた
食感とか甘さとか
それぞれ違っておいしかった
太刀魚は、ちょっと炙りで出してくれて
そのあと焼きで出してくれたよ☺️
炙りもめっちゃおいしいんだけど
焼きが、あの強めの見た目から想像できないくらい
ものすごいふわっふわだった
太刀魚ってこんなに美味しいんだね
太刀魚が忘れられなくて
一緒に行った友達のネイルが
翌月、太刀魚ネイルになってた笑
