大人の遠足として、食べ歩き仲間4名と訪問。
大変恐縮ながらその中の大先輩の方に事前予約頂きました。
こちらは以前にも来たことのある、食べ歩き大先輩の方がオススメの絶品鳥料理が味わえるお店。
以下をオーダー。
・ひな鳥の素揚げと軍鶏鍋コース
・砂肝素揚げ
・鶏皮せんべい
・軟骨唐揚げ

鳥の素揚げと砂肝素揚げ、鶏皮せんべい、軟骨唐揚げが超絶絶品でした。
今すぐまた食べたいほどに。
胸肉が全くパサついておらずとてもジューシーで感動しました。
また、軍鶏鍋や八寸も素晴らしかったです。
鎌倉までこのためだけに足を運ぶ価値のある再訪確実の名店です。
