First of all, the buildings and gardens are wonderful. It has a solid but somewhat nostalgic impression, and the interior, which respects the structure, is familiar and very calming. You can see everything from cooking to presentation from the counter, and it was fun just watching. All the dishes made use of the ingredients and stock, and the vegetables were especially delicious. As for drinks, we recommend the course, which comes with a small glass of wine to go with the meal. I was able to enjoy various wines with explanations without getting too drunk. The customer service from the staff was also very pleasant. I would also like to visit in different seasons.
