2021, 2023百名店みたいなので前日の電話予約で行ってみることに。ランチAコース￥8,250とミネラルウオーターをいただいて、9,000ちょっと/人。
全7品のコースで、長ネギ/黒胡椒/アプリコット/アーモンド、蕪/赤海老/ライム、レンズ豆、岩手県米崎産牡蠣/グラチネ、島根県産20日熟成平目/蕎麦、ニュージーランド産子羊、カカオ/アプリコット/金柑、お茶菓子といった構成。全般的に美味しくはありましたが、最近しばしば出会うような品々なのと、オリーブオイル等の油類を多用しているのか少し重く感じたのと、牡蠣がぬる過ぎて、デザート類はチョコレート味が多く甘過ぎて飽きてしまいました。ちょっと品数が多過ぎるためか、作業工程のせいで料理の間が空き過ぎるためか、ランチでコース全体が2時間以上はかなり助長ですね。時間を大切にしたい自分は正直付き合わされてるようで大分イラッとしてしまいました。品数を減らして値段控えめであれば満足できるかと。足りなければアラカルトでの追加でよくてこれが理想、コース設定のお店ではいつも感じる点です。ただ、お料理は丁寧だしちゃんとお品書きがあるのは良かったです。
お店は最寄り駅から数分以内、路地奥の建物2階にありました。店内はカウンター6席とテーブルか2つほどでしょうか。白が基調の綺麗な内観です。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは2019年6月オープンみたい。フィエルテとは仏語で、誇りや自信を意味しているようです。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
