彼女の誕生日祝いも兼ねて訪問。長谷の紫陽花を見に行った帰り、平日夜。
18:30からの予約で、建物下の駐車場にはアウディとBMWしか停まっていなく、ここでいいのかな？と思いつつ車を置いて２階へ。（ちなみにこの車２台とも、出るときまだ停まっていたので、店員さんのか？）
感じ良く迎え入れられ、ウェイティングスペースでペリエを。客は他に３組？
少し経って席へ誘導されると、ほかの客とは隣あわない席へ着席。
本日のコースの説明をされて、飲み物オーダーを。
前菜の盛り合わせはイタリアンテイスト？ソースがそれぞれ美味しく、個人的には冷静アスパラスープのピスタチオ乗せが絶品だった。鰻も身がぷりぷり。
焼きナスの冷製スープを経て、オマールエビを目の前で焼いてもらい、チリ系ソースでいただく。
大振りなエビはあまりおいしいと思ったことがなかったが、チリソースとのマッチはグッド。焦げも載せてくれてこれまた美味しい。殻だけかと思ったところにも身がまだたっぷりあって、思いのほかボリュームのある一品に。
口直しのシャーベットをいただき（グレープフルーツだったかな）、メインへ。
肉は、フィレとサーロインをひとつずつ頼むと、二人用にそれぞれ分けてくれて、ガーリック、塩、ソース、ワサビ、等で楽しむ。
上質な油がたっぷりなので、ワサビが合う。
シェフも偶然にもローカル話で盛り上がり、気分良く肉を終了すると、定番のガーリックライス。
少々量が多いので、連れの分も半分くらいはこちらで消費。
満腹感を楽しんでいると、窓側の少し下がったところのテーブルに移動してデザートを。
５つくらいの中からそれぞれ選択すると、頼んでおいたBirthdayプレートを持ってきてくれて、ポラロイドでの写真サービス。
飲み物は美味しい珈琲があれば頼みたかったが、重厚な箱に入ったエスプレッソのカップを選んでください、と来たので少々興ざめ（普通にメニューで書かれていたらまた違ったが・・・）し、二人とも紅茶で。紅茶はポットでそれぞれお代わり分もたっぷりくれて満足。
気が付くと２時間半経っていて、良い時間を過ごさせてもらいました。
コスパも良く、また時間空けて再利用してみたいです。
