店舗は鎌倉の古民家を再利用。その凛とした佇まいに、こちらまで背筋が伸びます。
日本料理の名門「和久傳」グループで腕を磨いた北嶋氏は、伝統的な節句や器など日本の美意識に精通している方なので、店内のお花や飾り物にも風情を感じられます。
神奈川県横須賀市の魚仲買人である長谷川大樹氏が選ぶ相模湾の魚の持ち味を最大限にに引き出したお料理は、お造りや焼き物、揚げ物など、どれも繊細でいながらにしてインパクトがある味わいと食感。
地元鎌倉の食材に特化するだけでなく、水産資源の保全にも取り組む姿勢は、フランスのレストランガイドにも認められ、「ゴ・エ・ミヨ2022」でテロワール賞を受賞。
海外からも注目され、どんどん予約困難になってしまいそうなお店ですが、季節ごとに通いたくなる名店です。
