以前、東京代々木八幡のお店に伺った時に頂きましたパエリアがとっても美味しくて。
鎌倉に移転された事を思い出し、観光を兼ねて伺いました。
行って驚いたのは東京のお店と鎌倉のお店の印象の違い！
初めは「お店間違えたかな？」と思ってしまいました。
でも、パエリアを頂いて、「ここだ！」と確信(^^)
お洒落に盛り付けられたピンチョス5種。
一品一品楽しませて頂きました。
鎌倉へ来られたのは、新鮮な地魚をふんだんに使ったお料理を提供したかったからなのでは？？
コースのお魚料理もパエリアも
魚介の味が感じられ、本当に美味しかったです。
鎌倉も、素敵な街でした。
その際には、アンチョアさんに又、是非伺いたいです。
