ずっと気になってたosajiがプロデュースしたレストランのensoに友人とのママ会で初めて利用しました。
芸者置屋をリノベーションした古民家風の空間で、鎌倉らしい風情や落ち着きのある店内です。
時間は3部生で予約は必須！11時からのランチで予約して行きました。
コースは、彩、香り、食感を季節の食材と共に取り入れたモダンフレンチ。
発酵食品を多く使っていて、カラダには優しい、でもおいしさも譲らないこだわりを強く感じました。
お料理はどれも食感、彩、香りがそれぞれで楽しめて、繊細な味付けでとてもおいしかったです。
パンもこだわってて、ecomobakeryさんのパンとのことなのですが、これがもうふわふわもちもちでおいしくて。
おかわりしたくなるほどでした。
個人的には最後のちりめん山椒と発酵大根おろしといただく、焼きおにぎりがすごく好みで、お茶漬けにして食感や香りを2度味わえるのも最高でした。
季節でメニューが変わるとのことなのでまた再訪したいです。
