もちろんフレンチトーストなどでは足りないので、もう1食行きたい
山頂から岩屋へと進む道の途中で行列発見
江の島も発展してるんだなー、epark予約が可能
もう14時近かったが60分以上待ちとのこと
とりあえず受付して岩屋観光
帰った頃にちょうど呼び出しされた
海の見える店
大体どの席からも窓から海が見える
さらにテラス席もあるので、そこからだとさらに良い景色
注文は生しらす丼(1320円)に江の島丼(1210円)
思ったより観光地価格ではない印象
10分ほどで着丼
江の島丼とはさざえの卵とじ丼のこと
他には玉ねぎとかワカメとか入ってる
探せど探せど…
というレベルではないが、予想通りというかさざえは少ない
肝に関しては1粒
味付けは美味しい
甘めの出汁が効いた醤油味
「卵丼〜さざえを添えて〜」というレベルではあるが、たまに出てくるさざえが嬉しい
生しらすは湘南産を使っているとのこと
盛り具合が良い
透明で綺麗などんぶり
ぷるっとしてツルッとして、なかなか無いよなーこの食感
程よく塩味は付いているが生姜醤油との相性は抜群で、白米ともピッタリ
生しらすってあんましっかり食べたことなかったけど美味しいんだなー
観光地的でどうかと思ったが案外良い意味で予想を裏切られた感じ
あおさの味噌汁の磯の香りも嬉しかった
