すべてが満足、素晴らしいひととき
時おりランチで集まる仲間ですが、今回は奮発してこちら、隠れ里車屋さんを予約してもらいました。
平日ステーキランチのセレブランチで3800円のコースです。
ちなみにこれがメニューのなかでは一番お安いものです。
趣のある門から石畳のエントランスを進むと、樹の扉が開き男性スタッフが丁寧に迎えてくれます。
同行者たちがまだなので(送迎バスで来るので)ロビーのソファーで待ちましたが、素晴らしい庭園がピカピカの大きなガラス越しに見えます。
美しい配置の木々、滝、池、泳ぐ鯉
入ってくる人たちが歓声をあげるわけです。
私たちは、禅零という目の前で鉄板で調理してくれるオープンカウンターのスペースに通されました。
魚と肉が選べて、私は魚。あとウーロン茶600円をたのみます。
まず前菜は海のものが中心の五品が一皿に盛られてきました。
サーモン、イカ、ハマグリ、ホタテ、フォアグラなどが焼いたり、揚げたり、浸されたりして出てきます。
スープはレンズ豆のクリーム状スープでふんわりメレンゲ添え。
メインのお魚は白身魚でメバル？だったか。違ってたらスミマセン。
深めの器にアサリとともに登場
パンかライスかと言うことでパンにしました。
友人達はお肉のコースで、つけあわせの野菜のソテーも美味しそうでしたよ♪
さて、食事が済むとデザートは別のカフェラウンジに案内されます。
こちらは一面ガラスばりの明るいスペースで中庭のグリーンが目にも鮮やか‼️
そうそう移動する廊下も天井、壁、床南欧風というのかなこちらも凝っていてステキです。
デザートは三品
モンブラン、モナカアイス、イチゴゼリー
一言で書くとこうなってしまうけど、どれも手の込んだ美味しいものです。
ドリンクはいくつかから選べるのでカプチーノにしました。
赤いカップがかわいくてシナモンがかかってます。
料理ももちろんですが食器やカトラリーも見ていて楽しいものがあります。
次は庭園を挟んだむかいの日本料理のほうも行ってみたいなぁ‼️
今回初めて訪れたのですが、正直ここまで接客、店構え、料理が素晴らしい所は初めてです。
特に接客は初めて5この星を付けました。
すべてにホンモノを感じさせてくれるお店でした。
お会計はサービス料10％もはいるので5227円となりましたが、満足感からいうとお安いものです。

This restaurant has a quaint appearance, located at the intersection of the Fujisawa Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway and Route 1. Behind the wooden door is a lobby with a large window overlooking a beautiful garden. It is a different world from the main street. This time, I had the Sakuraka Kaiseki in a private room. Among the brightly colored dishes that remind me of spring, the appetizer of young sweetfish sarasa-age... a slight bitterness and aroma that you rarely encounter with young sweetfish! Grilled beef fillet Steak with Kurumaya sauce... very tender meat. They also have a Steak department, so maybe they are good at it. Sakura trout yuan-yaki is also something you don't see very often. From Simmered dish, abalone hotpot... you can dip the abalone that is placed separately in a small pot of shark fin, bamboo shoots, and wakame seaweed yourself. The abalone was so soft that this dish was the most impressive! The rice was Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) of bamboo shoots and cherry shrimp... one person could easily eat two bowls and was full. The food is delicious, and of course Nakai-san's hospitality is great, but the restaurant's appearance, with its garden with a pond, various furnishings, and trees (cherry blossoms in full bloom this time of year, green maples), also has a great effect on lifting your spirits. This is a recommended restaurant for celebrations, condolences, and gatherings!
