牡蠣そばがとても好き。
すい庵の牡蠣そば(10月〜3月)は、
牡蠣、柚子、三つ葉、刻み葱。
牡蠣は中サイズのが5個入ってました♡
濃いめのつゆには牡蠣のエキスたっぷり
＋柚子のかほりがこれまた良き◎
こちらの蕎麦は太く短いのが特徴ですね＾＾
蕎麦まえにお酒&会話を楽しみ〆に蕎麦を食す
ご老人グループが店内のあちらこちらに◎
素敵だな〜
お店の方は親切丁寧でとても感じが良く
店内居心地がいいです。
通し営業なのも使い勝手が良く◎
ただ、定休日が火・水・木なので、
曜日を間違えて伺うと悲劇ですのでご注意を＾＾
