神奈川県で唯一の三つ星獲得店のようです。
全体的にどれも美味しく、和食の良さを堪能できました。
やはり、魚料理は和食が1番だなぁと。
ニシンがこんなに美味しいとは！おばあちゃんが作る田舎の味というイメージが覆されました。
食事がソーメンだったのがやや残念。まあ夏だしね
店の雰囲気がとても良いので気持ち良く食事できました。
修行元が同じ、銀座のしのはらよりこちらの方が良いですね。
しのはらは特別美味しいレベルのものがなく、こちらの方が圧倒的に安いので。笑
しのはらは大将の話しは面白いんですが。
泊まったホテルが最悪だったので藤沢に滞在したいとは思わないのですが苦笑、この店に来るためだけに藤沢に来る価値はあると思います。
