It seems like it's been over a year since my last visit, but I wanted to eat some delicious Teppan-yaki, so I made a reservation through Tabelog. There was no course that included foie gras in the lunch course, so I requested the addition of foie gras in the notes section of the lunch course and visited. When we arrived at the restaurant, the master carefully confirmed the addition of foie gras and the timing of its provision, and requested that it be served at the same time as the evening course. What I received was yellowtail carpaccio, foie gras with radish baguette, sauteed silver cod, black olive sauce, cold onion Steak, steak rice, miso soup, vanilla Ice cream, coffee, and a bottle of sparkling wine. Besides us, there was a group of 4 people first and 8 people later, but the food was served at a reasonable pace without any delays. The yellowtail had a good amount of fat, and it was very delicious, going perfectly with the wasabi sauce and green onions. It's been a while since I had foie gras daikon, but it was really delicious and I wanted more (lol) The silver cod had a lot of meat and was greasy, but thanks to the black olive sauce, it was delicious till the end. I received it. Needless to say, the meat was perfectly grilled and was delicious with the rice. It was great to see that the master's parents, who were in charge of the hall and serving drinks, were still alive and well. Regarding the slightly slow customer service and the plates being taken down immediately after they finished eating, I can't give them a negative review considering that they provide so much food for such a low price. If the price of the food goes up and the service charge is increased in exchange for hiring more staff and improving the service, I would like to continue being a restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite Teppan-yaki courses in a homely atmosphere. think.
