何故か、電子タバコ席と喫煙可席がある。
全席禁煙にして下さい。
比較的煙が来ない席にして頂く。
「たくを」って店名だから御飯炊くのは自信があるのだろう。
精米から作る土鍋御飯をオーダー
蓋をあけられ、見た目は秋田小町か？と思ったけど食感がコシヒカリでした。
聞いてみると宮城産コシヒカリとの事。
自分で炊いた方がうまいな！
それは自分の好みに炊くんだからそうなりますね笑
私はミルキークイーンをアルデンテに炊くのが好み。

味の感想：目の前でトリュフを削るタイプ、で出来立て感はよいが香りはいまひとつ。
土鍋御飯、やはり炊き立てはうまい。
店の雰囲気：タカトシと温水さんが来てます。

ポイント：行った時はそんなに煙草臭もしませんでしたが、全席喫煙可だと隣で吸われたらアウト！半個室といってもスダレ程度の区分で煙は貫通なので料理が台無しになる。
美味しいが煙害の恐怖が勝り、勿体ない。
