藤沢のお店を紹介している雑誌があった。
その半分は行っており、行ったお店で掲載されたのは、
マニアックなお店が多かったので気になっていた。
本の裏には2月まで使えるクーポンが付いており、
そのクーポンのお店巡りを開始する事にした。
１５店舗目は
『和バル おでこ』さん

場所は藤沢駅南口徒歩1分、六光会館B1。
【お通し 300円】
ほうれん草のおひたし。
お出汁がすごい美味しかった。
お通しが美味しいお店は大抵美味しい。
【鰊御殿 北の誉 純米大吟醸（北海道）500円】
このお店、日本酒が５５種類全て500円。
飲みやすく甘いのをリクエストしたらこちらのお酒が出て来た。
日本酒度＋１の甘辛なお酒。
最近わかってきた事は、
リクエストして出てきたお酒でそのお店がどういった日本酒を揃えているかわかる。
どうもこのお店は辛口がメインのようだ。
【炙りカツオ ガーリック醤油 700円】
カリカリのガーリックと柔らかいニラに炙りカツオ、
その下に玉ねぎとお醤油がマッチして美味しかった〜。
本日の一押しは頼んだ方がいい。
【おでん盛り 780円】
また半分に分けてから写真を撮ったので写真は半分の量。
熱々で１つ１つ味が染みて、お汁も優しい良い味だった。
特に大根は大きいのに柔らかくしっかりと味が染みていた。
こちらも本日の１推し。
【白子ポンズ 890円】
これだけは海苔と白子ポン酢が合わなかったので
白子の天ぷらか焼きなら美味しかったのかもしれない。
【開運 無濾過純米 生酒（静岡） 500円】
開運飲んでみたくて、初めて置いてあるのを見つけて頼んでしまった。
飲んでみると思った以上に辛い。
それもそのはず日本酒度＋５
フレッシュさがあるので、辛口でも飲みやすい方。
【鴨南蛮そば 880円】
田中圭君似の店長さん（？）がずっとピリピリしていたのが気になっていた。
最初お客さんにも笑顔はなかった。
そんな田中圭君似が
「初めから半々にしておきますか？」
とはにかみ笑顔で聞いてくれた。
思わぬギャップ萌にやられてしまいそうになる。
熱々で食べるのは大変だったけれど、甘くてすごく美味しい♪
しかも鴨肉はそんなに固くなかった。
元祖鴨南蛮、鵠庵に続いて美味しい鴨南蛮は３店舗目。
このお店は全体的にお料理も美味しいし日本酒のCPはいい。
次回は「雪の芽舎」を飲もう。
