藤沢グルメ！！
藤沢にOpenしてまだ2ヶ月ほどのリストランテエクリュ。
最近チョコチョコ藤沢に出没しているのですが、いつも行くお店の方にオススメしてもらって早速。
元アロマフレスカや、名だたる有名店を経てこちらのシェフになったそうで期待大。
駅から5〜６分のビルの地下１階。
白を基調としていて清潔感あり！
お食事はコースのみで、ディナーは4,200円(税抜)・6,300円(税抜)・8,000円(税抜)の3つ。
今回は真ん中の6,300円(税抜)のコースをオーダー。
アミューズから始まり、まるでお花畑の様な色鮮やかなシーザーサラダや、フォアグラと小豆を組み合わせたスペシャラテ、、、etc
黒米のカリッと香ばしい食感がフォアグラのトロける食感と相反してマッチ。
発想が面白いなーと感心。
時間的な問題で最後までいただくことができなかったのだけれど、1皿1皿ワクワクの連続でした
ワインはイタリア産で、グラスはスプマンテ、赤白は2種類ずつほどでした。
この価格でこのクオリティーは東京だったらなかなかないだろうなー
美味しい物を大好きな人達といただく時間ってホントに幸せだなあと改めて感じた夜でした。
