記念日で利用させて頂きました。藤沢駅から徒歩数分の立地で、ふらっと立ち寄ると言うよりは予約して行くと言ったスタイルかと思います。メニューはコースのみだと思いますが、お店の方と色々お話しした感じでは融通がききそうで、こちらの要望に臨機応変に対応してもらえると感じました。今回頼んだコースはPranzoと言う前菜、パスタ2種、メイン、Dolceで構成されたものとなります。ドリンクはメニュー上では写真で示した物となり一見グラスワインのラインナップがない様に見えますが、実際はグラスワインをオーダーする事が出来、しかも銘柄の指定が可能との事。ワインに詳しくなくてもソムリエの方に好みを伝える事で、数種のワインボトルを持って来てもらえ、その中から選択する事が出来ます。但しお値段は銘柄に寄って変わりますので悪しからず。料理の方は割と濃いめの味付けでしっかりとした印象でした。前菜はフルーツトマトがとても甘くてびっくりしました(写真の一番手前です)パスタは唐墨とミートソースを選択しましたが、どちらも大変美味しくて、ミートソースは普通のそれとは一線をなしており、本当にふわっとした食感でした。メインはメニューにはありませんでしたが、この日はエゾジカを頼む事が出来、エゾシカと山形牛をオーダーしました。まさかジビエが食べれるとは思わなかったため、これは嬉しい誤算でした。Dolceも3種類から選ぶ事が出来、写真に写っているピスタチオのソルベと洋梨のコンポート、ショコラのムースの他にバスクドチーズケーキの選択が可能。お腹に余裕があれば、3つともオーダーが可能との事でしたが、チーズケーキは次の機会に取っておく事にしました。あ、パンも忘れてはいけません。ブリオッシュですが、バターの良い匂いがしてこれも美味しかったです。バターが回ってしまうためこちらは早めに食べる事をお勧めします。最後にお土産のプリンも買って帰り、大満足の1日でした。ほんの少し不満点を上げるとするならば、Dolceがもっと大きかったら… もっとたくさん食べたかった（笑）
