2019年8月6日に登場したこちら、Ristorante Ecru！！
藤沢で一躍人気になったお店で、２０２３年９月の時点では３．７１と高評価、２０２４年以降のイタリアン百名店入るの間違いなしのお店です。
シェフの下窪氏はミシュラン掲載店「アロマフレスカ銀座」「ラブリアンツァ六本木」を中心に都内数店舗のレストランで修業されたつわもので、
「ヴィアブリアンツァ麻布十番」
「オーエス中目黒」のシェフを経て、こちらで開業されたそう。
イタリア郷土料理に加えて、星付きレストランでの知識、技術を活かし、日本人シェフにしか作れない、日本人が安心できるイタリア料理が登場するとのことで楽しみにしてきました♪
店名の『ecru』は、イタリア語で生成色を意味するそうですが、その名の通り店内は生成り木綿の様な薄いベージュの落ち着いた雰囲気で今までの藤沢にない雰囲気♪

前菜のまずはお米のサラダを食べます♪
サラダの下にはクミンが利いたお米があり、最初から素敵な味付けにうっとり＾＾
その後、穴子とズッキーニのフリットをチョイス
炭酸水でフリットしたというズッキーニは、サックサク♪
ズッキーニの甘みをうまく閉じ込めているし、穴子との相性も良い♪
今日一人分入ったという国産のポリチーニ茸のパスタ！！
これがすごいインパクトでした！！
ポリチーニもちろん、美味しいの知ってましたが、ここまでうま味が強いポリチーニ茸を食べたのは初めてかも！！！凄い強い塩味もこのポリチーニ茸のうま味がすごいとわかってるからこその味付け！！強と強がぶつかり合うパスタ！！
一歩間違えたらただただ塩辛いだけになるような味付けを本物のポリチーニだと素晴らしいコラボに感動の美味しさ！一人分をいち早く選択できてよかった！！
メインは
米沢豚のロースト
正直、このインパクトが強い後の豚さんはちょっと気の毒＾＾；
しっかりといいお肉を使ってるのはわかるのですが、あのパスタの後だとこのお肉は霞んでしまう。。。ポリチーニ茸が肉のインパクトをかき消すというだけですごいことなのかもしれないが・・・。
ドルチェ
このドルチェがまたすごかった、エクリュの名を司ったチーズケーキはフランス産のクリームチーズと国産の厳選した卵を使い、形を保つギリギリの火加減で火入れしているということで、言葉通り口の中で広がる美味しさ♪
えぇーこのチーズケーキだけでも４点越えしちゃうよー！！
付け合わせのアイスもすごい良いしもうコメントに困っちゃう笑
これがベース４８００円ポリチーニ茸で＋１０００円、飲んで８０００円台なんてｃｐもすごい！！
藤沢に来るならまずエクリュに行くべし！！
食べログ界でそんな時代が来るのも遠くないかもしれない。
