鎌倉では今週末(21日、22日@鳩サブレスタジアム)の開催ですが、祝してか？？？
ルソレイユブリアン鑑賞の後、電車の中で喉が渇き’ビール’と’禁煙’で検索して辿り着いたビアパブでは特別メニューが供されていました。
まずはチェコ風の注ぎ方をしたバランディカをいただきました。
そういえばイギリスで飲んだ麒麟麦酒はチェコの工場からだったわ！！
お通しはツナとオリーブのアンチョビ和え。（多分、、、笑）
冬が厳しいヨーロッパでは野菜の酢漬けが基本っ！！ザワークラウトをいただきました。
日本人向けに繊細に発酵されて無限にいけます。
続いてスティックサラダとソーセージComing♪
本場と比べてあっさりめで、そもそも欧米人と日本人では消化酵素が異なるのだから本場に従う必要はなく良きアレンジだと思います。
特にスティックサラダは特製味噌をアレンジしていてこれはどこにも負けないでしょう。
ギネスほど苦味が強くない黒ビール、旧東ドイツを継承したシュバルツをいただきつつ・・
イギリスより断然、油better、臭みlessなフィッシュ&チップスをBKBK。
三杯目の樽詰サワー＆ハイボールでもさっぱりマッチング♪
バーバリアンを蒸留したかのようなヨーロピアンビアバー、お幸せ様でした。
明るい店内で禁煙なので次回は娘も連れてこようと思います。
