◼️◼️◼️【Order】 Omuhayashi 1,000 yen (soup, salad, bread, coffee included) Lunch beer ¥500 ◼️◼️◼️【Waiting】 No waiting at 13:00 on Sunday The store is 80% crowded Jammin wanders around Fujisawa in search of lunch I found a turtle symbol near the back of the store.I looked it up and found out that it just opened on September 11th of this year (same birthday as me).The lunch menu includes 3 types of pasta, Omelette Rice, and hot sandwiches, all of which I like.I tried this week. Hayashi had Omelette Rice that I wanted so I ordered it. ◼️◼️◼️ [Actual food] Start with beer. There are a lot of relatively adult customers in the store. Many of them are having fun in groups, but there are also seats at the counter. So it's comfortable even if you're alone like me.Soup, bread, and salad arrive one after another soon.The soup is pumpkin soup, and has a smooth texture and a soothing sweetness.It goes well with bread.It's also nice that the bread comes in a round shape with lunch. The salad has a sour dressing that will increase your appetite again.Then the main Omelette Rice arrives❗Wow, it's beautifully presented.The eggs are hard on the outside and slightly soft-boiled inside.If they're too soft, you won't be able to enjoy the sauce, so I personally like seasoned plums. The rice inside is not ketchup, but it is flavored with the egg and hayashi sauce, and it tastes delicious in no time.The menu hanging in the store lists today's fresh fish, Steak, etc.The lunch was delicious, so I decided to have dinner next. I would like to come here. ◼️◼️◼️ [Impressions] I immediately contacted them to make a reservation in the evening, but I decided against it because it coincided with the day of the reservation.It has a homely atmosphere and is very comfortable, so I will visit again in the evening soon.I'm looking forward to it.

柔らかいモツに濃いめだけど
後味のトマトの酸味で抜けがよい
好きであれば頼んじゃう料理
海外のこれ以外のモツ料理ってあるのかな？

「牡蠣のムニエル」
小ぶりの牡蠣にバターがよく香る
薄くカリカリにソテーされた表面に
歯を通すと中からはぷりっとした
牡蠣の身とジュースが押し寄せる
美味しい✨
この辺りで食べ過ぎ感はあるが
初めてのお店はついつい冒険したくなる
「鶏肉唐揚げ三兄弟」
カリカリに揚げられた鶏肉と
トマトソース、スイートチリ、
マヨネーズの3種類のソースが添えられている
チリとマヨをミックスする方が
多いとのことで試すとやみつきに
