Shonan walking today. I came to this Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The location is in a residential area, a little over 3 minutes walk from Exit C of Shonandai Station. This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where we recommend the famous "beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" and "Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)". They're probably originally good at meat, but they also offer one-coin Yakiniku (Grilled meat) as part of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) festival. I had to buy Bento (boxed lunch) that day, so I came here. Bento (boxed lunch) are also available for just one coin: ・Special Karaage Bento (boxed lunch) ・Stir-Fried Meat and Vegetables Bento (boxed lunch) ・Fried Oysters Bento (boxed lunch) ・Minced Cutlet Bento (boxed lunch) ・Tuna Nakaochi-don ・Negitoro-don ・Curry Rice ・Kaoruma Rice (Stir-fried beef and onion with spices) ALL: 500 yen. After looking at the menu posted at the store for a while, I pressed the buzzer and a female staff member came out of the store, so I decided to purchase Kaoruma rice (stir-fried beef and onions with spices) for 500 yen. did. Kaoruma? The name seems to be original, so I thought it might be a recommendation from the store. Payment is via touchless PayPay. I'll wait at the store until it's ready. The other day, I bought Bento (boxed lunch) from a certain Restaurants in the basement of a department store, and the food was on a whole other level of deliciousness. I'm satisfied with this (^^) There are 2 salted olives on the side instead of pickles. This is really delicious. And the main dish, stir-fried beef and onions with spices. Stir-fried minced beef, onions, tomatoes, and green onions with spices. Kaorma seems to have Turkey in mind, and uses Middle Eastern spices such as cumin. However, it's not overpowering, it's delicious with just the right amount of flavor. The beef was tough, but if you chew it well, the flavor comes out, so it's not a bad thing. It was my favorite type of meat. I also like the crunchy texture of the onions. It was a delicious side dish with just the right amount of salty seasoning. To be honest, I was a little disappointed with the amount of side dishes, but I can't complain since you can get this quality of rice and food for just one coin. The rice, olives, stir-fried beef and onions with spices were all delicious. Bento (boxed lunch) takeaway seem to be popular, and many customers came after me. Thank you for the meal!
