関東風の美味しい鰻が、食べたいと言うことで、訪問しました。前日、予約の電話をしましたが、いっぱいと言うことで、店頭での予約開始の10時半を目指してましたが、40分着。すでに、事前予約5組、当日予約が5番目でした。予約ボードに、予め注文を、書きます。11時開店の、1ターン目に入店できました。
上鰻重大、二段鰻重大、肝焼き、鰭焼きを注文。二段鰻重は、大盛り代がサービスでした。胡麻豆腐、もずく、おしんこ、肝吸い、デザートのオレンジが付き、盛り沢山です。
鰻は、関東風の蒸しが入った、柔らかふんわり鰻、蒸しがある方が好きなのだけど、ちょっと柔らかすぎかな。タレも、甘さ控え目なので、好みはもう少し甘みがある方が好きかな。
大盛りにしたので、お腹いっぱいになりました。デザートのオレンジが、さっぱりしてお口直しに良いです。
